ASEAN-Russia Education Forum in Moscow, Russian Federation

Moscow: His Excellency Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, led a delegation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to attend the ASEAN-Russia Education Forum in Moscow, Russian Federation, from 21 - 23 October 2019 .

His Excellency Dr. Sok An, Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, delivered an address at the opening ceremony. On the occasion the speakers were HE Leonor Briones, Minister of Education of the Republic of the Philippines, HE Pavel Zenkovich, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, Michael Tene, Deputy Secretary General of ASEAN, Professor Anatoly Torkunov, Rector of MGIMO University and Professor Victor.
