The signing of a memorandum of understanding to promote cooperation between Cambodia and Russia

Moscow: Russian Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, meets with Russian counterparts It also signed a memorandum of understanding focused on three points:

- Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation

- Memorandum of Understanding and Youth Policy Cooperation with the National Federation of Youth Affairs of the Russian Federation

- Agreement on Mutual Recognition, Education, Qualification and Degree between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia .

The Memorandum of Understanding and the Three Agreements are made with the intention of developing relations in education, science and insurance. Mutual recognition Education, qualifications and diplomas obtained from the Russian Federation and from the Kingdom of Cambodia on the basis of international principles of recognition Education, qualifications and diplomas and relevant laws of both countries.

HE Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, led a delegation from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to attend the ASEAN-Russia Education Forum. Held from October 21-23, 2019 in Moscow, Russian Federation.
